15 Minute Consultation: Free

An initial free 15 minute video consultation is offered to anyone who is interested in services. This time is used to answer any questions you may have as well as gain an understanding of your goals for treatment. There is no commitment required for this consultation. This free consultation is offered one time prior to the start of services.

50 Minute Therapy Sessions: $175

Sessions are offered via Telehealth. While I do not work directly with insurance, I am happy to provide you with documentation that you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please be aware that paperwork for insurance will require a diagnosis and treatment documentation.
