All sessions are offered as Telehealth.

Telehealth provides a unique opportunity to create a personalized space that is specifically tailored for your comfort and convenience. Sessions can take place wherever you can find a private area that allows for meaningful dialogue. A reliable Wi-Fi connection is necessary for this type of therapy.

Creating a protected space for therapeutic engagement is a priority. Privacy during sessions is maintained with the same level of confidentiality as if we were having a face-to-face session behind a closed door. A private health record is used for documentation and video sessions via a HIPAA compliant online platform.
